How do I get the program?

  • The program will be accessible through a personal account via a mobile device or website (iOS and Android).

What equipment do I need?

Every workout we provide has three versions – Full Gym, Equipment Light, and No Equipment. So to get started, you all you need is an area that you can safely move in.

Over time, if you want to start adding to your home gym, this chart may help you prioritize what to get.

What if I need coaching help?

 

We have a video call every week where we preview the upcoming week’s workouts. This is a place to ask questions and to get help with any substitutions or scaling that is needed. If you can’t make the call, no worries-  we record them for you to watch at your convenience.  We are also always reachable via email.
