PRESIDENT’S DAY WEEKEND

We will be open for regular hours on Saturday and Sunday.

** Monday we will have Open Gym from 3:30-6:30 **

PARKING

Please do not park directly in front of the building except for the 2 spaces that we occupy (8545 and 8543).  Diagonal and street parking are all fair game.

KIDS AREA

We have several kids with food allergies – please keep the kids area free of nuts ☺

TIMELINESS

Please arrive and be ready to workout at the scheduled start time.  This will ensure that everyone hears gym announcements, the day’s workout explanation, and allows our trainers to plan for proper use of time, space, and equipment for that class. We understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes despite our best efforts, we are late.  When that happens, here are a few ways you can help us out:

  1. Sign in on the app ahead of time – this allows your trainer to know that you’re trying to get there.

  2. Come straight to join the group – We understand you may need to change, use the potty, or fill your water bottle and will make sure you have time to do so.
